　　In the maintenance of EFI cars,fuel injector cleaning is a regular job.The quality of gasoline in our country is poor,and various glues,carbon deposits and other debris are often adhered to the outlet of the injector,which reduces the fuel injection volume of the injector and deteriorates the atomization,which causes the idling condition and acceleration performance of the car to change.Poor,it is difficult to start the engine.

　　In the maintenance,the fuel injector cleaning usually has two methods:on-vehicle cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning.The on-vehicle cleaning method requires the use of a special EFI car cleaning fluid.Its advantage is that it does not need to remove the injector from the vehicle,and the operation is more convenient;the disadvantage is that the working condition of the injector cannot be directly observed,and the effect is not ideal.The ultrasonic cleaning method is to remove the injector from the engine and install it on the ultrasonic cleaning box for cleaning.Its advantage is that the cleaning quality is high.The injector can also be installed on the injector test bench for fuel injection and leakage.And the test of spray atomization;the disadvantage is that the equipment is expensive.

　　We use carburetor cleaner to clean the injectors in car repairs.This method only needs to make some special connectors and purchase common carburetor cleaners(canned).Carburetor cleaner can effectively clean grease,grease,sediment and other dirt on the injector.The injection pressure of the canned carburetor cleaning agent is 250kpa-450kpa,which is similar to the fuel supply pressure of the electric gasoline pump(l96kpa-304kpa),so connect the injector and the carburetor cleaning agent tank with a dedicated connector.Clean the injector.The specific method is:

　　A.Remove the injector from the engine;

　　B.Connect the carburetor cleaning agent tank and the fuel injector with a dedicated connector;

　　C.Spray the carburetor cleaning agent into the injector,and check the leakage when the injector is not powered;

　　D.Intermittently energize the solenoid coil of the injector to allow the carburetor cleaning agent to clean the injector while observing its spray atomization.
